We are located in Columbia, in the heart of Missouri. We are proud to offer the citizens of Columbia the opportunities of eating good food. We always stress on the quality of our food and make sure that it is the best attainable before selling it in our store. We are proud to offer the largest selection of cheeses, olives, coffees, teas, chocolates, oils vinegars, pastas, preserves, nuts and international items in town.
Two of our friends own a similar store in Champaign, Illinois, and we thought that since Champaign and Columbia are two similar college towns, then Columbia ought to have a store like this. After almost a year of planning and collaboration, we finally opened our doors for business on January 1, 2004. Everyday since then, we have been learning something new and adding new items on our shelves. We had our Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting ceremony on April 17, 2004, and since then, we celebrated our First Anniversary on April 2, 2005.
