What is your Guarantee of Satisfaction?
At World Harvest, we know our food, so we guarantee it.
We guarantee that from the moment you open your box until
the last bite you take, you will know that we have spend
the time and research to locate good food wherever it may
be hiding and get it on your table. If you encounter any
problems (and we mean any) with any of our products, our
customer service, or shipping, simply give us a call at (573)
442-3833 and we will try to make it right for you. Even if
you order something that you did not like, just let us know
as we will do anything it takes to make it right for you.
If we issue a refund and a shipping
label to you because you asked for a refund, we wait 2 weeks
before taking any other measure. If, by 2 weeks, the
package still has not started on its way from your location,
we will re-charge the credit card and inform you of that
decision. When the package reaches our location again,
the credit card will be refunded minus a $2.00 service
charge for each extra transaction. Although 99.99% of
people are genuinely good, there are some out there who try
to take advantage of our kindness and guarantee of
satisfaction, and this is our way of making sure we are not
taken advantage of.
What is your backorder policy?
We carry over 7000 items that are ordered from every region
of the world, and, for this reason, it is the nature of the
business that we may not always have every item in stock
every time. If there ever comes a time where we will have
to backorder something for you, we will send an email
informing you of the item(s) that are backordered. If we backorder
something, we will pay the shipping charges for the backordered item(s). It’s our fault we are out, so why should you
have to pay shipping twice? We will not charge your card
until the backordered items come into our warehouse and we
are able to ship it to you.
What times are you open?
Monday – Saturday, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
We are closed on Fridays from 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm
Sunday, 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
Every Saturday between Noon and 5:00
pm, we also offer free samples of cheeses, olives, vinegars,
honey, chocolates,
and many other foods from all around the world. So, stop
by and see what food you’ve been missing for a long
time!
What are your shipping charges and policies?
We will ship orders valued at $100 or more for free, provided they do not include any cheeses or perishable items in the hot months. In the cooler months, however, cheeses and perishable items will ship for free. We will use the
latest insulation methods available and make sure to put enough ice packs
necessary to make your shipment arrive safely. For orders under $100, the computer will calculate the ground shipping charges, but we will contact you if the package needs a faster method of shipping. For more

How will I guarantee my security on this
site?
At World Harvest, customer security comes first. That
is why all our transactions are done on a secure server
through the internet. If you still don’t feel comfortable
with this, just give us a call and we will be happy to
make an order through the phone for you.
What payment options do you accept?
On the web, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover. If you prefer paying by check, please call
us to arrange that we will receive your check. We will
process the check
and then ship your order afterwards.
