Free Shipping On All Orders over $100!

Free shipping applies to all orders above $100 going anywhere to the continental USA.  Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for this program, but please email us to see in advance how much it will cost to ship your package.  We will try to give you discounts on shipping even if you live in Alaska or Hawaii.  We will choose the shipping method and carrier as we see best fits your location and will put enough ice packs and insulation materials to make sure your items arrive as fresh as possible.  This free shipping applies to most products, including, olive oils, vinegars, mustards, and many other gourmet products we have.  Look around - It is not that difficult to buy $100 from our website.  Cheeses and Perishable Items are not shipped for free and MUST be shipped overnight or with expediated shipping in the hot months (from March 1 until October 31.) In the cooler months, cheeses will be shipped for Free.

Shipping Schedule:

For Ground, 3-day, or 2-day orders, we ship Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.  Next-Day Air orders are shipped Monday - Thursday.  If an item is out of stock at the time you order and we expect to get some within 5 days, we will hold your order until it comes in.  If we expect it to take more than 5 days, we will ship what we have, backorder the rest, and ship the backordered items for free when they come in. 

Order Fulfillment:

Once we receive your payment and verify it, and contact you regarding the shipping costs for cheese orders, we will ship your order within the next shipping day.  It usually takes about about 24-48 hours to pack and ship the orders. 

International Orders:

While we have successfully shipped to Canada, Mexico, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Spain in the past, we never knew how much the shipping was going to be until the package arrived at its destination.  VAT and Customs charges could add up to 100% of the shipping costs, and there is no way to know how much it will cost to ship.  Therefore, if you live outside the United States, please DO NOT make an order except through the email.  Just send us the names and quantities of the products you want, and we will tell you the total cost.  You could then send us a credit card number by fax or telephone and we will ship your order.
