Acetaia Reale is the name of the old vinegar house right outside of Modena. It is one of the oldest vinegar houses of Modena and is referred to as one of the best. This 6-year balsamic vinegar is ideal on mixed salads, raw or cooked vegetables, grilled, roast and boiled white and red meats, omelettes, cheeses, boiled and roast fish, shrimps, fruit salads, yogurt and ice creams. Very nice flavor and intensity.
