Albereto Organic Unfiltered Olive Oil comes from the highest groves on the Caltibuono estate. It has a very spicy, peppery aftertaste and is well-bodied and round. It is made from Frantoio, Pendolino and Leccino olives, and smaller quantities of Moraiolo and Maurino from the groves at Podere Albereto. We always recommend it for anyone looking for a good olive oil to be used on salads and drizzled on top of fish and lamb.
