Blue Shropshire Butter

Ingredients:6 oz Blue Shropshire
6 oz Unsalted Butter
Dash of Tabasco Sauce
Directions:- Mix all ingredients together
- Shape into a log, wrap in cling film and chill until required.
- Use to top grilled or barbecued meat and fish, or stir into pasta.
