Cambozola is a relatively new cheese from Germany.  It combines the soft and smooth flavors of triple creme brie with the bold and pungent flavors of blue. Cambozola has the typical brie style appearance with white bloomy rind and soft ripening ivory white paste. It is very popular with crackers or for entertaining.
