This is the first pressing of 100% pure imported Styrian Pumpkin seed oil. It is a thick green oil with a very strong nutty taste, and very rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids. It is sometimes used together with honey or olive oil for a salad dressing. In the United States, it is used mostly to give more more flavor to salads , but natives use it for everyday cooking and consumption as this is the oil they have been using for at least 6000 years.
