We have been trying to get a hold of this olive oil for some time now, and we were finally able to secure a small amount of this year's production. This Moulin (mill) is one of seven mills in the Vallee des Baux and often considered the finest. Using a perfect blend of five olives that are gently crushed under old, traditional granite mills, this oil is a true treasure to have around for anything special: fish, meats, vegetables, goat cheeses, and salads.
