We have been trying to get a hold of this olive oil for some time now, and we were finally able to secure a small amount of this year's production. This Moulin (mill) is one of seven mills in the Vallee des Baux and often considered the finest. Using a perfect blend of five olives that are gently crushed under old, traditional granite mills, this oil is a true treasure to have around for anything special: fish, meats, vegetables, goat cheeses, and salads. A naturally sweet, very fruity oil with a golden green color this is sure to be your favorite olive oil as it already has with countless customers that have all joined the cult.
We received confirmation from the mill that the olive oil this year is Extra Virgin, as there was some confusion about this in the past.
