This Mt. Vikos barrel-aged Greek feta by is handmade from sheep and goat milk and aged for 6 months in large 120-lb barrels in the underground caves of Greece. The aging process allows it to attain a strong flavor that literally melts in your mouth. One of our favorite fetas, and definitely one of the best. It is made with a mixture of 80% sheep and 20% goat milk.
