Point Reyes artisan cheesemakers are crafting some of the finest blue cheese in the United States. The cheese starts its life only from raw cow's milk and is then carefully aged for about 6 months to give it an extra creamy and extra crumbly texture. When we get Point Reyes Blue cheese in, we age it for an additional 3 months because we like it with a stronger flavor and a creamier texture. We recommend it for any occasion.
