Roquefort Dressing

Ingredients:1 cup Roquefort or creamy blue cheese (about 1/2 lb) 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons balsamic or sherry vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:- Mash the cheese with the olive oil. Add the Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and vinegar. Shake until creamy.
