Free Shipping On Orders over $100!
We offer free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 going anywhere in the continental
USA. The standard rates are based on the order total, as indicated in the table
below. We ship using our choice of UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Standard Shipping generally takes 4-5 business days after we ship to reach its destination.
Now, for The Fine Print, up front and in Bold:
Orders with perishable items (cheeses, chocolates, etc.) will be shipped using Perishable Shipping to ensure freshness upon delivery. We will change the shipping options to suit your order.
For Heavy, Bulky, and Remote Area Orders: The UPS Ground Shipping charges cannot be more than 12% of the order total to qualify for the Free Shipping with $100 Orders. If the UPS Ground shipping charges of your order is greater than 12% of your order value, we will charge you the difference. Most of our orders do not fall in this category, so they will not be charged this fee. For large and
heavy orders, or orders shipped to remote areas, however, this may apply. There is an "Estimate Shipping Charges" link on the shopping cart page so you can see what the UPS Ground shipping rates are, and adjust your order accordingly if needed.
For example, if your order total is $100, and the UPS Ground shipping charges are $14.00, we will pay for 12% of the order value ($12.00), and charge you for the remaining $2.00 to pay for the $14.00 UPS Ground charge.
All other orders will be shipped using the table below.

Alaska
& Hawaii: Please use the Shipping Calculator to calculate the UPS Ground or
UPS 2-Day air shipping prices. We will give you $10.00 off the UPS rates
for orders over $100. Please use UPS 2-Day Air for the most reliable service. Please
contact us for more information on shipping perishable items to Alaska and
Hawaii.
PO Boxes: We highly prefer shipping to standard US addresses. UPS is not the most reliable carrier when it comes to PO Boxes. We encourage you to inform us that the address is a PO Box so we will ship using the standard USPS (Post Office), and will charge you the extra rates accordingly.
If you wanted to use a faster shipping option (UPS 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air, or Next Day Air), you can select that option at checkout. If you do not select the Perishable Shipping option and your order contains perishable items, we will select it for you when we process your order. This policy ensures freshness for your perishable food products.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays that are out of our control (storms and other weather conditions, acts of 'God', shipping supply logistics, train derailments, and others). If such a rare incident happens with one of your packages, please contact the shipper directly to determine the estimated time of arrival.
Shipping Schedule:
For Ground, 3-day, or 2-day orders, we ship Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.
Next-Day Air orders are shipped Monday - Thursday. We try not to ship a package
that will stay in a shipping warehouse over the weekend. If an item is out of
stock at the time you order and we expect to get some within 5-10 business days,
we will hold your order until it comes in. We try to ship only the freshest
items so you can enjoy them for the longest time. This means that case or
half-case quantity orders, on average, take a
little longer to process than smaller quantities.
We will not charge your credit card until
all the items are ready and your order is shipped.
Order Fulfillment:
Once we receive your payment details, verified it, and processed your order, we
will ship your order within the next 2 days. It usually takes about about 24-48
hours to pack and ship the orders.
International Orders:
While we have successfully shipped to many international locations in the past,
we never knew how much the shipping was going to be until the package arrived at
its destination. VAT and Customs charges could add up to 100% of the shipping
costs, and there is no way to know how much it will cost to ship. Therefore, if
you live outside the United States, please DO NOT make an order except through
the email. Just send us the names and quantities of the products you want, and
we will tell you the total cost. You could then send us a credit card number by
fax or telephone and we will ship your order.
