Smoked Salmon & Lemon Sandwiches

Ingredients:2 Tablespoons crumbled White Stilton with Lemon 1 Tablespoon Crème fraiche Fresh black pepper 4 slices Smoked Salmon 4 slices whole wheat bread Butter for spreading
Directions:- Mix the crumbled White Stilton with lemon with the crème fraiche.
- Spread one slice of bread with the lemon cheese mixture, and spread another slice with butter, then top with smoked salmon
- Add some freshly grated black pepper, and put both slices together. Remove the crusts and cut into 4 triangles.
- Repeat for the other slices of bread.
