White Stilton has the same crumbly texture as the regular Blue Stilton, but the blue mold is never added, so it does not have the strong pungent blue cheese flavor as the regular. It is generally eaten with fresh fruit and sweet jams. This one has bits of lemon zest to give it a sweet and sour flavor. Some use it to make an incredible cheesecake; others eat it straight out of the wheel!
